Dox Box is a small, casual gaming group with really big server energy. We've been doing this since 2019 and somewhere along the way we hit Level 3. We're not bragging. (We're totally bragging.) No Nitro required for any of it.

What you actually get
Discord Level 3 is the highest tier of server boosting. Most servers don't have it. We do. Here's what that means for you, specifically, right now.
None of this requires Nitro. Every single perk on this page comes from the server's Level 3 boost status — not from anyone's individual subscription. You join the server, you get all of it. Automatically. For free. Just by being here.
Audio Quality
Discord voice channels have a bitrate setting that most server owners never touch. The default is 64kbps — and that's what the vast majority of servers are running right now, without realising it. An unboosted server can go up to 96kbps if someone bothers to change it. Level 1 gets you 128kbps, Level 2 gets you 256kbps. We're at Level 3: 384kbps. Six times the default. Your voice sounds like you're physically in the room. Game audio sounds intentional. Everything just… sounds better.
And yes — this is a server-side setting. Nobody needs Nitro for this. You join the voice channel, you're already at 384kbps. That's just how it works here.
Go Live Streaming
Screen sharing in a regular server is… fine. It's blurry, it's choppy, and you can never quite read the tiny inventory text. Our Go Live streams run at full 1080p, 60fps. Watch your friend make terrible decisions in crystal clear definition. Appreciate every pixel of a bad ending.
Normally 1080p 60fps Go Live is a Nitro feature. In our server, it's just on. For everyone. No subscription needed — the Level 3 boost unlocks it server-wide.
500MB File Uploads Usually Nitro
"Hold on, let me compress this" — a phrase you'll never say here.
Normally 500MB uploads are a Nitro perk. Here they're just the upload limit — for everyone, all the time. Share full highlight reels, uncompressed clips, whole screenshot folders, suspiciously large memes. If it fits in 500MB, it goes in chat.
Animated Server Icon
It moves. It just... moves.
Most servers sit there with a static image like it's 2016. Ours is animated. Is it necessary? Absolutely not. Does it make the server feel alive? We think so, yes.
Custom Role Icons
Your name in the member list gets a little something extra.
Next to your name — a tiny icon. A badge. A symbol of who you are (or what you've done). Custom, hand-assigned, and very important to the people who have them.
